The onsen facilities are a major highlight, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The accommodations are clean and well-kept, making for a comfortable stay.
The room felt smaller than expected for the price, leading to a sense of cramped space. Lastly, the elevators can take their sweet time, especially during busy hours.

Like it or leave it? here’s my verdict
The hotel’s central location made exploring easy, while the private onsens provided a serene retreat after long days. Rooms were immaculate, contributing to a restful stay.
While the staff was friendly, language barriers hindered effective communication at times. Also, the size of the private onsens felt limited for larger groups, which may disappoint some.

The hotel's atmosphere is wonderful, with tatami mat flooring throughout, creating an authentic Japanese feel. I really enjoyed the private baths. they felt serene and were a highlight of the stay. The complimentary ice cream and late-night ramen were fantastic surprises after a long day. Our room, the Standard Double Room, had ample space and was restocked well. However, the layout of the private bath queue was a bit chaotic. Some guests didn't seem to know how to wait, leading to confusion. I also noticed the elevators were slow during busy hours, which tested my patience at times. Despite these slight inconveniences, the overall experience was very enjoyable. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel is in a great location with amazing services. My Standard Double Room was spacious and well-restocked when needed. The tatami mats throughout the hotel provide an authentic Japanese vibe, and the onsen facilities were a great way to unwind after work. The free late-night ramen was an unexpected treat that added to the experience.
Some guests were not polite in shared spaces.

Tiny rooms feel cozy, but you could find yourself waiting at the elevators during peak hours with tour groups. The private onsens, while beautifully maintained, are best suited for small gatherings rather than larger crowds. Breakfast offers a delicious spread, but it might be best to go at off-peak times to avoid long lines. Nearby, plenty of charming eateries and shops await exploration, enhancing the stay.

I loved putting on the Japanese socks and walking on tatami mats while my room was super clean with a great view. The private onsens were a fantastic way to unwind, especially after enjoying the free snacks throughout the day. The shoeboxes for shoes did make parts of the hotel smell a bit, but overall, it was a lovely experience! 😊
